The Morello Crime Family

The Don/Boss: The Overall Leader of The Family, sets regulation on how the Family should operate, inducts associates into the Family, Appoints and Demotes Capo-Regimes, only the Boss of the Family can approve the killing of a Made Man. - An 'Acting Boss' is someone who carry's out the overall management on behalf of the Boss.

 

Consigliere: The Boss's most trusted confidant and senior leader, he serves as an adviser to the Boss, and is the bridge to any formal external communication in regards to other Family's.

 

Underboss: Second in command of the Family, helps to ensure the Boss's orders are carried out and passed down, he is an extremely trusted friend of the Boss, just as a Consigliere.

Street Panel: The Street Panel consist of 2-3 Senior Members who have adequate experience and knowledge in middle management positions (Capo-Regimes) they manage the Family at street level, and guide Capo-Regimes in running their Crews.

Capo-Regime/Captain/Capo: A Capo-Regime otherwise known as a Capo or Captain is in charge of a designated portion of the Family's Turf and Members. They run what is called a Crew or Regime consisting of Associates and Soldiers. 

​

Soldier: A Soldier is the lowest rank of what makes up the Made Men of a Family, Officially inducted members. They are trusted enforcers, and street level members of the Crime Family.

​

Associates: Are What they sound like, they are on record with the Family, however have not yet been Made. 

​

Muscle: These are fresh recruits who do not carry the Family "TMCF" tags, instead being apart of a separate crew altogether that acts as a Morello Family Farm Team.
